John McReynolds, CGR GMB CFLC MCFLC CEMA is a master builder with extensive experience in water intrusion matters and building science issues and has 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is experienced with complex matters and has handled projects from single issues to bundles of over 100 homes. As a licensed adjuster, Xactimate Level 3 Mastery proficient estimator and master builder, John can also assist with matters from single issue consulting, as well as expert analysis and testimony if needed.
John will personally visit with you and evaluate your construction plans, concerns or just monitor your ongoing project to help you keep things on track. When serving in a consultant role, he will work with your contractors or subcontractors to seek to achieve better outcomes. All warranties must come from those performing the actual work. He will help you to manage and monitor a new project, ongoing construction, develop a construction or reconstruction plan you can be comfortable with. He can also help you to vet suitable subcontractors, assist you in choosing appropriate materials and methods, assist you in the oversight and implementation of the construction process and document as needed. Construction is never trouble free and perfect, but having John’s experience will give your project a better chance at avoiding costly errors.
