John McReynolds, CGR GMB CFLC MCFLC is a master builder with extensive experience in water intrusion matters and building science issues and has 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is experienced with complex matters and has handled jobs from single issues to over 600 defects within a single bundle of over 120 claims. As a licensed adjuster, Xactimate Level 3 Mastery proficient estimator and master builder, John can assist with matters from single issue consulting, as well as expert analysis and testimony if needed.
John will personally visit your property and evaluate your construction concerns or just monitor your ongoing project to help you keep things on track. He is your consultant, not your contractor. All warranties must come from your contractor. He will help you to monitor ongoing construction, develop a construction or reconstruction plan you can be comfortable with, help you to vet suitable contractors, assist you in choosing appropriate materials and methods, assist you in the oversight and implementation of the construction process and document as needed. Construction is never trouble free and perfect, but having John’s experience will give even a seasoned builder a better chance at avoiding costly errors.
